Clothing for the game of padel
Firstly, it should look good, because if you feel confident in a particular shape – it’s already great. Secondly, the clothes should be as comfortable as possible. When you move around the court, nothing should not restrain your movements.

The main requirements for sports uniforms for padel:
Breathability.Padel is a dynamic game, so it is important that no chafing occurs.
If the game is played outdoors, the uniform should be waterproof and quick-drying in case of rain;
Loose fit. Clothing should not constrict movement, it is important to choose the optimal size. If any part of the body is too tight, all the fun of playing padel can be lost. If the clothing is too tight fitting, there may be difficulties with blood circulation in the body.

Women’s uniforms for padel can vary: for example, short dresses combined with polo shirts are welcome. You can also complement the shirt with breeches or shorts, but when choosing breeches, pay attention to the presence of a pocket for the ball. A combined variant is acceptable: a skirt over breeches.
Men’s uniforms are most often shorts, as for tennis, or long trousers plus a T-shirt.
