The game of padel is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender or skill level. Moreover, compared to many other sports, padel is a simple game. Even in terms of technical features, padel is easier than many. However, please note that this is for the amateur level, but if you want to play professionally, you’ll need to learn some special techniques and tricks.
If you want to start playing padel, but do not have any training, contact us! Our experienced coaches in Barcelona will explain all the rules and teach you the tricks of the game.
PERSONAL TRAINER
START PLAYING PADEL WITH THE RIGHT TECHNIQUE
TRAINER FOR BEGINNERS

PERSONAL COACH
No matter what your current level of skill in Padel is, we are ready to develop it through personal training. A Personal Trainer will help you adjust your strategy, give you interesting solutions and give you the opportunity to hone your skills. The skills you learn can be used both for amateur play and for club competitions.

TRAINER FOR CHILDREN
Getting your child interested in playing padel is easy – it’s dynamic and fun. However, to get your child started, you need a personal tennis player and a small grouping to feel confident on the court. Working in groups will improve technique and children will have great fun with every session! padel is the game of the future, so by sending your child to padel now, you give them the opportunity to be ahead of many. Also, padel is a doubles team sport, so it improves children’s socialisation skills.

TRAINER FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
How else can you spend time as a family? There are, of course, many options, but it’s paddel that brings the family together and teaches teamwork! It’s suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level and age. It can be played as a family, and a 12-year-old girl can play better than her daddy!
Padel is a simple game, which is also important. It takes a lot of effort to get a child interested in something extremely complex, and Padel can be played almost immediately! You’ll have great fun with every family training!

TRAINER FOR MINI GROUPS
At some point to improve their skills padel players need to start training in small groups.
Classes can take place either on the court or in a gym, for example. At the start it is ideal to combine group training with Padel games in mini groups in clubs as well as competitions.

SPARRING PARTNERS
Often we start playing padel with someone, such as a familiar pair, and get used to interacting only with them. We don’t encounter new opponents, but somehow or other you have to go up against random people in competitions. You have to learn to watch your opponent while he is warming up, noting every detail you can use against him. We will give you the opportunity to train to play padel with other pairs, and tell you what to look out for before the competition!
