In an INTENSIVE PADEL COURSE you can study the basics of paddle game, improve your technique and learn the tactics and right court poses during the game situations under the guidance of professionals.

COURSE SCHEDULE

INTENSIVE PADEL COURSE

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

from 9:3о to 12:3о

The training is conducted with 4 participants in each track and a trainer.

Class format:

30 minutes
Coaching
1 hour
Theory and practice stroke technique
30 min.
Tactics and rehearsed plays of padel with a coach
1 hour
Special physical training for padel

Classes participants are provided with Varlion racquets for testing in a game situation.

Trainings and games at other times and weekends upon request.
